There are additional income opportunities in the real estate market that extend beyond getting listings and closing sales. With the number of foreclosures and REO properties on the market today, banks are paying qualified agents to perform Brokers Price Opinions (BPOs) and ultimately get these properties off their books once and for all.

Getting REO Certified guarantees the banks that you are capable of performing the necessary BPO, as well as gives them the confidence they need to give you the listing to make the sale.

Take a look at some of what is going on in today’s real estate market:

Foreclosures and REOs are on the rise
Banks are getting overloaded with properties that must be sold
Asset Managers from the banks are paying Real Estate licensees to perform BPOs to assess the values of these properties
