This class is targeted to professional real estate agents and mortgage loan originators that are interested in learning how to deal with short sale opportunities. Learn to recognize short sale opportunities; locate clients; save sellers from foreclosure, and many other ins and outs of short sales, including the proper paperwork and procedures to get short sales approved and sold.
