Insurance: Customer Service Rep. 4-42

Gold Coast Schools of Insurance, Inc is now offering the Customer Service Rep 4-42 course which upon completion enables individuals to work for an insurance agent or agency and deliver important information to customers.  This course is great for individuals who are just getting involved in the insurance industry.  If you are looking to sell policies of various types, consider getting a Life and Health 2-15 or Property and Casualty 2-20 license.

• Unlimited access to the Sunday CRAM class held on the weekend of our P&C CRAM for up to one year

Below lists the basic requirements for getting a Customer Service Representative 4-42 license:

• Complete an application
• Be a United States citizen or legal working alien
• Be a Florida resident
• Have good moral character in terms of criminal background
• Successfully complete a 40 hour course (Gold Coasts Customer Service Rep 4-42 fulfills this qualification)
• Pass the state exam
