After September 1st, 2011 there will be a major shift in the way appraisal reports must be submitted for Fannie Mae, FHA, VA, and Freddie Mac transactions. Reports will be required to be submitted in compliance with the new Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) which was developed to eliminate the misrepresentations in appraisal reporting.
The UAD standard that is going into effect will require entry fields on the report to be completed with very specific and precise data, and failing to submit in accordance to the new standard will result in your report being rejected. Gold Coast’s UAD course will teach you everything you need to know to keep your reports in compliance with USPAP and avoid having them get rejected.
This course will also provide students with 7 hours of Continuing Education for you 2012 renewal.
