Appraisal: Post License for Trainee

Gold Coast Schools offers an excellent Post-License course to fulfill the state requirement for all Trainees who wish to keep their license active.  This course must be taken in-class and therefore is not offered online making it important to pay attention to start dates so that you don’t miss your deadline and put your license at risk of being null and void.  Don’t procrastinate, enroll today. 

This course consists of :

• 15 Hours National USPAP Course
• 3 Hours of Florida Law Update
• 30 Hours of Specialty Courses

Proceed to Post-License Requirements:

Mandatory Post Licensing is now required for Trainee appraisers. If you wish to maintain your status as a Trainee you must complete 45 classroom hours of Board approved Post Licensing courses plus the 3 hour Florida Appraisal Law Update course before the end of your second renewal period.

If you became a Trainee any time between December 1, 2008 and November 30, 2010, your second renewal period will end on November 30, 2012.  If you wish to remain a Trainee you must complete the mandatory Post License education before November 30, 2012.  All other Trainees must complete their Post License requirements by the end of their second renewal period.

Completing your required post-license courses for appraisal trainees before your second renewal can be done by completing 45-hours of post-license education as well as 3-hours of state law.
