Appraisal: Continuing Education

Appraisers must complete 30 hours of Continuing Education every two years, on the even years by November 30th.  The next renewal deadline is November 30, 2012, but we encourage you to get a head start by completing your renewal requirements early. Gold Coast School's convenient and flexible modular scheduling allows students to complete the full 30 hour requirement over four days, or complete only the modules you need at your own pace.

*Several of the renewal courses that you will need are only offered a few times a year at a location near you.  Don't procrastinate and jeopardize your license!

Note for all TRAINEE APPRAISERS:

Mandatory Post Licensing is now required for Trainee appraisers. If you became a licensed Trainee before November 30th, 2008 and have not already done so, you must complete 45 classroom hours of Board approved Post Licensing courses plus the 3 hour Florida Appraisal Law Update course before the end of your second renewal period.
